Phoenix Deep Clean (NEW!)

This new service is what sets us apart from all of the other house cleaning services. Phoenix is a desert, so we've developed a method of cleaning that focuses on removing the dust and dirt that collects in your Phoenix area home.


That might seem like common sense for any maid service here in the Valley, but most of our competitors are franchises who follow cleaning methods developed on the East Coast or in California.


The "Phoenix Deep Clean" is what the other companies call an Initial Visit, except we're about $40 cheaper than our competition!


Creative House Cleaning charges $70 - $100, depending on the size of your home, and this is what a Phoenix Deep Clean means:


All Rooms
Removal of all stains and messes. Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans and
lamps. Dust and polish all woodwork, doors, and shelves. Vacuum carpets. Wash and dry
hard-surface floors, including scrubbing of any heavy stains or concentrated dirt. Remove
pet hair. Clean all furniture and tables. Empty, clean, and deodorize wastebaskets.

Kitchen
Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks.
Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator
top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floor.

Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities,
backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls.
Deodorize.

Spring Cleaning (NEW!)

We now offer a "Spring Cleaning" service for anyone who needs more than what a traditional cleaning would offer. The package starts at $175, but if you shop around you'll see that Creative House Cleaning offers one of the lowest prices in Phoenix for this kind of service.

Here's what you get with a Spring Cleaning:

- Removal of all trash including large items
- Organization and /or removal of large amounts of clutter
- Scrubbing of walls, baseboards, and ceilings (if below 10')
- The cleaning of window blinds, windows, and porches
- Laundry, dishes, deodorizing, and whatever else is needed
- Donate any unwanted items to a local charity of your choice
